Nu-Roc has had the honor of serving many residents from different walks of life throughout the years. Over time, numerous letters of thanks and gratitude have been received. As a dedication to our staff and their commitment for the utmost care and compassion to our residents, we offer the following words that have been shared with us by those families.
Dear Craig, Paul and Staff, Congratulations on your "5 star rating." I know you deserve it!! I have been there and received wonderful care, my Mom too. I will highly recommend Nu Roc to anyone needing a Nursing Home.

Please accept our thanks and love for all the wonderful things you did for Mom. The administration and staff were so loving and kind to her - beyond measure. She was so blessed to have all of you in her life for a time. Thanks also for the beautiful bouquet with the special touch for her funeral. All of you are top notch in our book and we can't give enough thanks to you. Much love to all,

Craig and Paul Newton, Congratulations on your five-star rating from the CMS! My mother, Irene Joppa, received five-star treatment all six years she was a resident of Nu-Roc. Thank you and your employees for the excellent care you provide to your residents.

I will never forget all the love and care shown to me by the staff at the Nu-Roc Nursing home. A special thank you to Craig and Paul Newton who went beyond their call of duty to help me in so many ways while I was a patient there. I would highly recommend this excellent facility.

I want to thank the staff at Nu-Roc for going the extra mile to assist one of our aging Veterans (Steven Schultz) with his move to Laona Manor. Although virtue is its own reward, it is fitting to acknowledge a special deed when one is confronted with a kindness so rare in this period of time. God Bless and God speed in your kindnesses. Dear Friends: It has been 11+ years since we entrusted our dear mother, Eva, to your care. Please accept our sincere and heartfelt gratitude for the excellent care and love our mother received at your home. Every part of your facility, from management, office staff, nursing, caregiver, food service and maintenance, treated Eva with care only a loving and caring family could provide. Eva was always clean, safe and cared for with the highest level of love and respect.

We will miss our mother, Eva, but we know that she rests in God's eternal home. Our family will always look back with fondness to Eva's Nu-Roc family and be comforted knowing she received the loving care and respect you provided. Thank you for all you do for everyone at the Nu-Roc Community Healthcare facility. ![]() |
Paul, Craig, and the Staff of NuRoc Nursing Home; We would like to express our sincere thanks to all of you for the care of our wife and Mother, our beloved Nonabelle. The love and attention given to Nonabelle during the years she spent at your care facility were above what was ever expected. The time Nonabelle spent at NuRoc was filled not only with care by all of your providers, but also with an enormous amount of love, shown by so many of the staff. Nonabelle thought of NuRoc as her second home and was resolved to stay here until she was called to her home in Heaven. We appreciate the thoughfulness shown by NuRoc at Nonabelle's funeral service. We are forever grateful for all your devotion to Nonabelle throughout her time at NuRoc.
